Labor law is the field that determines the working rules of workers and personnel working for wages. In case the workers have receivables such as severance pay, notice pay, overtime, annual leave wage and week vacation, if these rights are not paid by the employer amicably, compensation is sought with a labor claim lawsuit. It is possible to file a reemployment lawsuit if the worker has worked for at least six months and if more than thirty workers are employed as of the date of termination in the workplace.

In case the worker is not insured or the worker is shown low insurance despite receiving a higher wage, a case for determination of insurance is filed.
